or something like that. I remembered it well from the British film 'carve her name with pride' that we watched in my boarding school in Shanghai when i was a teen.
I don't buy Satre's philosophy in general and of love in particular. Simple devotion and fidelity has far more saving power than sophisticated free love and other -isms.
