山东潍坊维修工人武纬给樱园邮政储蓄所主任许晓清维修热水器，许不给钱反而伙同丈夫谭卫东毒打武纬，掐武纬的脖子几乎窒息致死。后许诬陷武纬打人。东明路派出所副所长高伟被收买，刑讯逼供，逮捕武纬。法院三次开庭审理，不顾事实欲加罪武纬，武纬拒不认罪。武纬被迫害2年，身心俱损致神经崩溃。奎文区法官张敏洁在武纬保释治疗期间，又将他逮捕，关在市看守所，逼迫武纬认罪，不认罪就不放人。从2013年3月11日起被关押至今，面临生命危险。武纬老母到法院请愿，被打倒在地。经查，许提供的证据是假的，检察院和许的两个起诉书自相矛盾。

Immediately release framed mental patient Wu Wei
Wu Wei, a maintenance worker in Weifang, Shandong, China, went to repair water heater for Xu Xiaoqing, a bank cadre. Xu Xiaoqing and her husband Tan weidong not only refused to pay, but also beat Wu Wei, choked Wu Wei almost to death and framed Wu wei up for fight first. Then Xu Xiaoqing bribed Gao Wei, the chief of DongmingRoad police station to tortured Wu and created false accusation and arrested him. During three court trails, Wu Wei pleaded not guilty. Wu Wei had beenpersecuted for 2 years, caused him mental breakdown. Weifang City Kuiwen District Court Judge Zhang Minjie arrested Wu Wei during his treatment. Wu was held in Weifang City Detention Center to force him confess. Wu has been detained since March 11, 2013 till today, subjected to inhuman torture. Wu's mother went to petition the court, was knocked to the ground. According to investigation, the evidences provided by Xu Xiaoqing were fake. In addition, it was found that two indictments from Procurator and Xu Xiaoqing were contradictory.
